Class Project Requirements
Class Project for 1 District Credit: Participants will create a project from the topics discussed during the Modules. This project should be centered around student engagement, aligned with either the CCLS/NextGen Standards or NYS Social Studies Standards/Frameworks and be in the content area you currently teach.
Assignment: Develop a "Text Based Answers" assignment using Primary & Secondary Sources. Format examples are below.
Write a brief synopsis of how these resources from each module could be useful in your classroom. What was the most helpful? How will you use one of these resources in your classroom this year?
Find a document or learning activity to use in your classroom. Modify or differentiate it for your classroom setting. Customize and Download a PDF worksheet to use with the lesson.

1) Gathering, Interpreting and Using Evidence
2) Chronological Reasoning and Causation
3) Comparison and Contextualization
4) Geographic Reasoning
